Following on from The Gutterfighters'
performance at The Zanzibar in January, the famous
music journalist and BBC radio presenter, Spencer
Leigh, took a shine to Words of The Rhyme
and decided to play the recording from that gig on his weekly Saturday
afternoon show, On The Beat. It was a Jukebox Jury
show so we were naturally played alongside new releases from the
likes of Bruce Springsteen and Tears For
Fears (!). Let there be no doubt, soon the world will grovel
at our feet…
